In Spain we are starting now with the development of our industries while other countries are more develop in this aspect.
People are too poor to buy manufacture products, so the market is too small. The coal has a poor quality and we have low technology so we need to buy the coal to other countries. The money is been spend in other countries buying manufacture products and also making the railway here.
