Anarchists are expelled from The International

Due to opposition of anarchist to Marx´s and congress´ resolution, Mikhail Bakunin and James Guillaume are expelled from the IWA.

Yesterday, in the afternoon of the 7th of September of 1872, anarchist’s leaders were expelled from IWA. In the fifth meeting of this event, placed at The Hague, Holland, anarchists were against the final Marx´s resolution that the congress accepted, which was that the proletarian had to take control of the state for a successful revolution. Remember that this International was founded in London in 1864, it included working-class organizations, including unionists, anarchists and Marxists and its objective was to coordinate workers´ actions all over the world.
