FIRST PUBLIC RAILWAY
The first public railway was inaugurated yesterday by George Stephenson in Great Britain.
Yesterday, 1825, George Stephenson opens the first railway in Great Britain to make possible the transport large quantities of products. The railway was inaugurated carrying 450 people from Darlington to the Stockton station at a speed of 5 miles per hour. There was no failure during the trip so it would not have any more changes. With this new transport the transportation of people and large quantities of products will be more quickly.
