Boston Tea Party
A group of colonists refused to pay taxes and threw a cargo of tea into the sea.
Yesterday, December 16th of 1773, in Boston, Massachusetts, a group of colonists refused to pay taxes because George III had increased the taxes for pay his war debts. Because of what happened they threw 342 chests of tea, that came from China, into the sea.
The Sons of Liberty organised this "Boston Tea Party" in which more than 180 patriots participated dressed as Mohawk Indians and board three British tea ships that were called, Dartmouth, Eleanor and Beaver.
It could be a pre-revolutionary incident in the future of America.Yesterday,
