On march 18th , Karl Benz announced what is now known as the first automobile in history.
Karl Benz has recently announced the new three-wheeled automobile called Benz Patent-Motorwagen. It has been created using a combustion engine, constructed of steel tubing with woodwork panels. The steel-spoked wheels and solid rubber tires with Benz's own design.
This vehicle with combustion engine, so rare for our time, is being arousing distrustful looks. However, Bertha, Benz's wife, was encouraged to make the first long-distance trip and traveled with the motor tricycle from Mannheim to Pforzheim to show the confidence and certainty of the automobile.
This is the start of what we think it will be a new era for the motoring industry.
